The dress hung on a mirror hanger shows how women are guided in choosing their clothes. They do not dress what they feel good in, they choose what they look good in. I wanted to depict that women often dress for others than themselves because they are exposed to constant assessment and related criticism. Women often assess how they look in the mirror, which at this work is a symbolic part of the hanger.
